How do I prepare for a meeting?
Before the online session begins, find a safe and comfortable place for yourself that will allow you to talk freely. Make sure this time is just for you and that no one distracts you.
For in-office sessions – Kindly arrive on time for your appointment as there is no waiting room in the office. This will ensure the comfort of all clients.
How often are the meetings held?
Meetings in individual therapy take place once a week. For couples, marriages or families, usually every 2 weeks.
Can I postpone or cancel my appointment?
A free of charge cancellation/postponement of an appointment is possible only up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellation/postponement of an appointment after this time, as well as failure to attend an appointment without prior notice, will result in the full cost of the appointment being covered.
How long does the therapy last?
As short as possible, but as long as it takes.
The duration of the therapy depends on many factors and it is decided individually during the meeting.
What platform can I use for online therapy?
I provide sessions via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp
Technical instructions for joining the Zoom virtual room
- You can use your computer, tablet or smartphone to participate.
- Before starting the session, make sure you have access to the internet and sufficient battery power.
- Check that the device you are using has a working webcam and microphone.
- Use headphones with a microphone for more discretion.
- After clicking on the appointment link (you will find this link in your appointment confirmation email), your browser will offer to install Zoom. If you wish, you can install the program or click on the link “Join from your browser”, which will appear at the bottom of the screen.
- Whether using the application or your browser, when prompted to allow the use of the microphone and camera – click ‘allow’ to use the voice and video feeds during the meeting.
