2. The Administrator processes the personal data of individuals that it has collected through the website www.freewill.com.pl in connection with the provision of Services. Terms written with a “capital letter” shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions of the website. The Service Provider is the controller of the Client’s personal data within the meaning of the GDPR – Regulation (EU).

4. The Service Provider processes personal data on the basis of and in compliance with the requirements of the Act of 10-May 2019 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000 as amended) and the GDPR.
5. The basis for the processing of personal data is the contract for the provision of Services or the consent of the Service Recipient. The Service Recipient provides personal data voluntarily, whereby some Services may be available only if the data is provided and consent to its processing is given.
6. The Service Provider processes personal data only for the purposes:
related to the conclusion and implementation of contracts, as well as their settlement (including the issuance of invoices and accounting documents), the processing of complaints and requests and answering questions (in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);

Personal data shall be stored by the Service Provider for as long as necessary for the performance of the contract or purpose for which the data was collected, including for settlement and investigation of claims (at least for the period of their limitation) and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Service Provider.

The Service Provider shall transfer personal data to other entities that process such data on its behalf, in particular to entities with which it continuously cooperates, including those providing consulting, auditing, legal, tax, accounting, IT, hosting, advertising and marketing services to the Service Provider.
